Horrible, horrible, horrible! The facia is falling off the front of our building it's effecting 3 businesses store fronts and entrances plus a major safety issue!! Back entrances are just as bad! They've been notified by multiple people and the borough! Upstairs tenants notified them back in March! Nothing is getting done about it! We went without heat for 2weeks last winter! We are good tenants they are horrible, guess they just don't care! Trash everywhere it's disgusting and embarrassing!

Renters and investors alike need to stay away from this company. I was renting through them for about 3 years and any time I've had to deal with any sort of repair or billing issue, it's been nothing short of terrible. I'll save you the long details of how I had no heat for 3 weeks in winter, or hot water in summer, orrrr the many times they've tried to double charge me, but I'll instead share with you their messy "off boarding" process. Review of Home 365 As a landlord, my experience with Home 365 has been absolutely terrible. Their promises have fallen flat, leaving me frustrated and regretting my decision to work with them. Here’s a detailed breakdown of my grievances: 1. Faulty Technology and Misleading Claims The company promoted their innovative app as a seamless tool for landlords, but it turned out to be completely nonfunctional. Landlords cannot use the app and are instead directed to a webpage, which lacks the convenience and efficiency they promised. This bait-and-switch approach is a major disappointment. 2. Lack of Transparency They claimed to have conducted an onboarding inspection for my property, but I have no proof it ever happened. as an investor I had a terrible experience working with Home365. They managed my property for 3 months. During this time the home was staying empty, no tenant was found, I was charged 2 months property management fees, I was charged for house clearing, floor repair and grass cutting, but the work was not done.

I tried to rent a place with this company and our process probably started early June and they did not give me a lease till mid July. I would reply to messages within hours and not hear back for weeks. By the time I tried to review the lease and fix some mistakes they made, they never got back to me. I tried calling, emailing, using their ticket system… not even their emergency line would pick up. Last minute I needed to find a backup place and requested a refund of the deposit. No response for weeks as well. It’s like there is no one you can actually get a hold of to talk to. I dodged a bullet. Would not recommend.
