Jovan and Alfredo are easy to work with. Punctual, flexible, down to earth appraisers. As a realtor, I like to use them to get a second opinion on valuation. I’ve also encountered them out in the wild when Banks order appraisals on my properties. I’ve never had an issue with them and don’t expect to. They play by the rules, but aren’t difficult to work with. I recommend you use them for any properties in which you wanna get a fair market value on.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Jhovan is AMAZING to work with! I’m from out of state, and I gave him a complicated situation (re parking and gaining entrance to the property), and he handled those with such great professionalism and patience!
