I wouldn't even give this title company one star. They have the worst customer service EVER. We asked for a closing in a specific day because the buyer had family and friends to help out. They absolutely refused to budge, although they had the package. In my 19 years of Real Estate I have never had a title company not make any exceptions. The receptionist hung up on the lender twice because she didn't like the way he was talking to her. Very unprofessional... I had to beg for things to be sent to me. Again.. very unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this title company to ANYONE!!

Best title company I have ever worked with!! The manager Kelly Jacobs is always available to take calls/ texts even on the weekends. I love knowing that my clients are being taken care of properly. They even give discounts to our hometown heros, which is amazing!
