A guy name LEO from this company suppose to did a soft pull. Instead he must of gotten happy for a client and decided to do a hard pull!! Pulling my score down three points with an inquiry on my report that’s not gonna come off until two years. I will never ever try this company again!! Leo step down after your 10 years of working destroying people!!

Giving one star because I cannot give zero or negative. Leo Franco has wasted 3 months all together and still couldn’t complete my refinance process. He offered zero closing plus cash back as escrow credit, amount of which kept changing through out the course. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING HE SAYS! He is NOT the man of his words! He doesn’t know this business, for sure. This is sort of side gig for him it seems and looks like he is learning it by trial and error but it cost me three months with no result. I am not sure if he is just one of the employees at this company but if yes, make sure you ask for some other agent for your need (if you MUST choose this company). This was total waste of time. Completely rubbish and unprofessional!
