I don't know the truths of this place, but man I had an two agents that just couldnt maximize. One agent tried to avoid a bid off. They changed their story multiple times. Inreally enjoyed schmoozing with one of them but then I suspect that he was trying to flip my house and get me to sell low. I would rather work with someone from Des Moines than deal with what I felt was deviousness. Jill Veenstra was amazing. We had a very unique property to sell and knew finding the right agent to market our property would be key. Jill chose Jill based on her stellar reputation in the area. She knows the market inside and out and really excelled at guiding us through contract negotiations. We have bought and sold many homes over the years and no agent as met my standards and expectations like Jill. Communication is key in any real estate transaction and Jill was always quick to respond to any questions we had. I will miss my daily interactions with Jill. There are many Realtors but only one Jill!
