They lack communication with the client and with each other. In the beginning we were never informed that we were approved for the loan. Two weeks or so went by and we called Home Mortgage Group and were told by them that they already had reached out to Clayton (our former mobile home dealer) to tell THEM we had been approved! In that time period we had signed a consent form and sent important documentation over. (Warning!!! the documents come from a company in another state and we thought we had been scammed and gave all our personal information out…) on a Saturday when they were closed. Well after sending documents over it wasn't long before we were asked to send those very same documents again because the former person asking for the documents did not pass it along to the next person.
