This poor review is for agent Marino de la Cruz. He took a non english family to buy my house. After signing the sales contract, he basically disappeared leaving the buyers to deal with everything. Sellers realtor tried countless times to reach out to him but email/messages/voice messages were ignored. The closing was delayed almost 2 weeks cos of this. And he has the nerve to show up at sellers realtors office the day after closing to demand his commission. I am sure other realtors in this company is good but do yourself a favor, don't use Marino De LA Cruz.
