We have been impressed with Lee's professionalism and his care in exploring and identifying the source of a home integrity issue. We had some mold and rot on the base of our drywall and the end of some subfloor boards, and he took the time to rule out any possible causes. As a realtor, I have had the privilege to work with Lee over the past 10 years as well as have him inspect the homes I have personally purchased. He has always been very thorough, he takes the time to explain the issues he discovers and help point the client in the right direction for items that need additional attention. Lee did such an outstanding, detailed, thorough inspection and report it particularly impressed my sister who has a master’s degree in architecture. Lee is a fantastic home inspector, very thorough and professional. He gave us the complete picture of the house we are looking into buying and laid it out for us in a way that was easy to understand. After speaking with him and looking through the report (with pictures!) we have a clear idea of the things that are safety issues that need to be addressed immediately, the things the could cause damage if not dealt with soon, and the things that are simply not correct but are lower on the list of priorities. We have used Lee to inspect three homes for us so far and are confident that if there is a potential issue, Lee will find it!

As a first time home buyer I soon realized what a monumental process I was about to begin after our offer was accepted. After walking through the home I knew that there needed to be some maintenance performed, but was unsure what that all encompassed.
