Do yourself a favor and find a good mortgage broker. Don’t use Home financing center. This company is a joke - unorganized, slow, and they mess up your closing!

Amazing amazing service!! Highly recommend this finance company for the purchase of your home. Louis & Jose are truly a blessing. They helped me secure a loan for my first home, a dream come true. They are realistic with expectations and honest. Any time I’ve had to call the customer service is excellent, each visit into the office was so smooth. They helped me so much, I’m forever grateful!!!

This is the most unprofessional financial company that I ever seen, I’m co-signer on a home loan for a really ungrateful relative, they stop paying the mortgage and even I called home financial center asking to keep me updated on any late payment, they never called me when I realized on my own that loan had a 4 months due payments, they never contacted me on first instance to notify and now they are asking to call a legal department that never answer the phone! Please I advise everyone to NOT use this company

I have had a few issues with this bank since I bought my home in 2016. My most recent issue is that they reported a 30 day late payment on my credit report without a phone call or email first. I have an outstanding payment history and obviously over looked one payment (life happens). Very poor customer service to allow this to go on my credit. It's hard enough for a single parent to survive. If I would have received an email, I would have made the payment immediately. The technology that we have today has ways that automatic notifications can be sent, such as an email. Why this company chooses to not utilize it for customers is mind boggling!

This company is very slow in doesn't do as they say. I do not recommend nobody to use home financing center for your mortgage or as you're refinancing option. In the pass month, two loan officer have resigned from the company. Which show a great deal of the company. Integrity and commitment to help the customers isn't there first priority. Find a mortgage /refinancing company that can help you with your needs and that you can trust..no just to help there pockets.
