I have requested that this company removed me from their mailing list at least a dozen times. I returned the mail with a message on the outside requesting that my address be removed from their mailing list and even called the office. My home is not and will not be for sale. I will be passed down to family as it has been for five generations. The persistent letters are a complete nuisance and now border harassment. 😶 I do not recommend this company. With such business practices, I wouldn't trust them as far as I can toss a feather. If the behavior continues, I will take the appropriate actions... I submitted one star to push the rating through. Enough is enough...

We bought a house renovated by this company and it is the deepest regret of my life. Virginia Home Buyers managed to obscure a lot of bad, unsafe renovation practices and problems that have resulted in possible water damage/mold exposure/lead paint exposure. We will have to spend tens of thousands to undo what they did and have no idea if our health has been affected.

Virginia Home Buyers employs telemarketing call enters that randomly call people and ask if a property (that they have never heard of and have no knowledge of) is still available. When you try to trell them the property is no yours, they fall into their schtick about buying YOUR home. If you get upset with them, and their lack of ability to speak plain English, they will hang up on you. If you call them back in an effort to be removed from their "Cold Call" calling list, they will claim they were trying to locate Ryan Grainger at your number, and will proceed to ask you all manner of questions about whether you know Ryan, of do you knw his phone number , or how that can find him. Unfortunately I am unable to award them Negative Stars

My Dad and I enjoyed talking with David who had a lot of sincerity and well intentions. There was no feeling of pressure -- preferring a job well done rather than a fast and easy sale. Because of language hiccups, we decided to go another way for this property, but will definitely consider reaching out to David for future sales. He was open to looking for translation if needed.

Wow, not used to company’s doing what they say they will do! The process could not have gone smoother. I talked to many companies before going with VA Home Buyers and have nothing but good to say. I have referred two friends to them already. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful process go so smoothly. Danny Mc.
