When we sold our home, Paul was knowledgeable in many aspects of the selling & buying process. From the beginning, he was meticulous and did a wonderful job easing some of our concerns. He took amazing photos, did aerial footage with a drone, and provided tips on a few things we could move around to make the photos look more appealing. We were not living in the house when we placed it on the market, and Paul was amazing at completing tasks that we could not complete due to distance. We ultimately received a few offers on our home, and Paul was great at helping us navigate the fine details of each offer.
