Home Associates is a fantastic company! My agent, Cassidae was an everything anyone could ask for in an agent. She was knowledgeable, patient, and consistently reliable. She made the process smooth and comfortable. I would 100% recommend utilizing the services of Home Associates in Raton if you are looking to buy or sell a property.

What can I say other than AMAZING?? I had been looking in the Raton/Colfax county area for a few months and had reached out to a couple agents/realtors from other agencies, but none of them actually made me feel like they cared or were invested in finding the perfect home for me. I worked with Cass from November to when I finally closed on my house in February(Sorry about the delay! I hate unpacking) and can say that she kept me up to date, kept me moving, etc, even when my lender was making things difficult. From the time I first met her(I arrived late because I was driving in from ABQ), she genuinely seemed interested in finding a home that fit my budget, preferences, and goals. She even took the initiative to show a house which was listed outside my price range but which I was ultimate

The experience was excellent! Cassi did an amazing job getting us through the process. We now have the property for our family home. Very highly recommend!!

As first time home buyers, as well as going through the VA, we were warned that it would be complicated and hectic. Cassidae made the process seamless. She was patient, timely, and understanding. She's super friendly and super knowledgeable, and got us through the process without a single hitch. I will never go to another realtor. 100/10 all the way.

Cass went above and beyond! I felt catered to as she took time to answer every question I had. We planned a last minute trip to New Mexico, and she was not only flexible, but genuinely excited to see us. She took the time to drive us around town, treated us to lunch, and into Tirinadad, filling us in on the main attractions, history and available properties. It was hands down the best experience I've had working with a realtor. Loved her passion for the area, her energy and her dedication to ensuring we had everything we needed. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
