Holster Management

I strongly advise AGAINST renting from Holster Management. My experience with them has been frustrating, unfair, and expensive. After moving out, they charged us our entire security deposit, a total of $1,500, with fees that feel completely unreasonable: $870 for breaking our lease early $615 for cleaning fees including $180 for removing items left in the garage (which were there when we moved in!!!) The original landlord we rented from before Holster took over was far more reasonable, our total charges were only $1,500 and included everything. Holster Management simply took over and jacked up the price with arbitrary fees. That's the goal right, take over properties, mid lease, and then take people's money. DO NOT RENT FROM HOLSTER!! I wish my wife and I would of gotten out the moment our original landlord sold our place and Holster took over. They jacked up our rent from $1500 to $1620 without even coming in and looking at the place! They charge you for every little thing and steal your security deposit. CONSIDER THIS YOUR WARNING NOW....GET OUT NOW IF THEY HAVE TAKEN OVER YOUR CURRENT APARTMENT!!!!

My husband is a rock for our family. Not only does he provide for his own kids, but he also lends a hand with my four children. Plus, he's always willing to help with household chores and repairs, saving me the hassle of finding outside help. But why does he have to be forced doing an Application rather he’s around doing things for me and my kids without living there. So he took his own decision. Misunderstanding what a men will do. Been rude I have more proof he decided not to give me the house. Cause of a good husband and support. We came respectfully to the office. He was rude. I have proof of that. Also I get 3x the income great background nice credit score. He choose that specific reason to not give me the house. Communication is bad. Anyone who have a good husband and support system

I lived in an apartment for 2 and a half years. Around the year-and-a-half mark, Holster Management took over the building. I resigned my lease with them and chose the month-to-month option. I gave a 2-and-a-half-week notice I was moving out. Once I had already moved out of the apartment for over a week, I was informed I needed to pay the following month’s rent because they did not yet have the apartment filled. I called to speak with them and was told I needed to give a 28-day notice if I was moving out. Nowhere in my lease was that information included. I was told it is a state law. This should have been stated in my lease. I also should have been notified of this information when I said I was moving out or dropping off the keys to the apartment.
