Hollywood Heights on the Boulevard

I truly tried to give this place a fair chance. I even left a positive review before. But at this point, my patience is completely exhausted. Over the past year, we have had three different neighbors, and our life here has never once been peaceful. The walls are extremely thin — we can hear everything. There is a shared balcony and a shared ventilation system, which carries voices from the balcony into every room of our apartment. On top of that, we pay for a reserved parking space that is occupied by others almost every day, and emails to management are consistently ignored. I give it one star. Bad management company. They charge $25 for using the grill. Are you serious? It's a new building and you're charging extra for that?! The managers aren't very friendly. Good location. But if your apartment faces the main street where there are cafes and restaurants, forget about peace and quiet and fresh air. There's a strong stench of fried food 24/7 and the bars and restaurants are very loud. There are no car chargers in the parking lot (how is this even possible in a building built in 2025?????) and the quality of construction is terrible. I don't recommend it.

We really enjoy living in this building. Everything here is well maintained, and all the amenities are excellent, clean, and comfortable. The management team is wonderful — always friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever we have any questions or need assistance. Special thanks to Jillian and Nicole — they are truly amazing and make living here an even better experience. We couldn’t be happier with our choice.

I live in This beautiful place almost for a year, the amenities are amazing, and the apartments are brand new. The maintenance staff is super friendly and helpful, and the office management is great too

Just went to the leasing office with several issues related to the parking garage. I was treated inhumanely by Jillian and her female manager.. Do not rent here. They give out tickets like candy. My plastic sticker melted and fell off my rearview mirror... TICKET! Okay, no biggie, they will waive the first ticket. Well, they haven't waived it yet, and I politely went in to talk to Jillian about it because it's about to go to collections. She was completely different from when I first interacted with her, before moving in. Thank you, Jillian, for telling us it's open parking, leaving us unaware there will be "private spots."
