We were the first tenants in this building. We lived in the apartment for 13 months and left because the rent increased by 20% over the year and the homeowners began to move very strange tenants into apartments. Many people smoked cannabis and did not follow the rules of walking animals. Some residents had huge dogs that could urinate on the carpet in the hallway. Six months later, in a brand new house, the corridors began to stink of urine, because the owners of their four-legged friends did not follow them. One day there was a shooting in the parking lot and we found out about it from the local news. The employees were constantly changing. Beautiful place to live and nice amenities. When I was living there, there was just too many issues with dog pee literally everywhere! Outside exit doors, in the elevator, etc.. The sad thing is that when you move out, they will look for even the smallest things to keep the deposit. Even if it they are being unethical about it and charging you for regular wear and tear. And even while I was living there, they tried more than once to make me pay for something that wasn’t an issue left behind by the previous tenant. For example, the washing machine was not working properly because the person live there before me had socks and underwear fall through between the drum and they tried to charge me for that. Nice condos in the middle of a bad area. The carpet smells like dog pee, trash shoots are locked and don’t open up until whenever? Doors Left open for anyone to walk in on the second floor. Guest pay for parking, if you can find a spot to park, on the street your car gets broken into. Rent goes up $400.00 each year.
