I’ve had a great experience living at these apartments. The management team is amazing. They’re very easy to work with, responsive, and genuinely involved in addressing any concerns I’ve had. Anytime I’ve needed help, they’ve handled it quickly and with great communication. The community is clean and well-maintained, and I really appreciate how attentive and proactive the staff is. Highly recommend living here!

Hello , congrats on Hollyview Apartments great job from Hansen , and Selena extremely professional from the time I appear to moving in August 29 th they were intentive caring most understanding about the property , I had a situation no other Apt wanted to work with me , Hanssen , Selena actually went above & beyond with helping me move in as I needed renovated everything , it's a relax invironment most comfortable & quiet ! Affordable price range they made me feel at home from the very first day ! Good job to new manager on staff maintenance team etc extremely nice place to live 2026 !!!

Wish that I could give -10 starts! Do not move here! The units are infested! And the manager Zulma is not nice at all. Her leasing agents Hessen and Selena are very nice and kind. I got my keys on Friday and by Saturday I noticed the place was INFESTED! Both baby roaches and regular ones everywhere! Even crawling around in the refrigerator! I very kindly addressed the problem and they agreed to move me into a different unit. And then Zulma changed her mind telling me that if it wasn’t hundreds of roaches covering the walls that she would not help me. She offered to cancel my lease and then changed her mind about that. I have literally saw an uncounted amount of live roaches! Even when I had company over roaches were crawling around. So embarrassing. As I stated before when I originally cal
