This property has the best staff in Tyler! Jacob on maintenance is amazing and is always eager to help when I have an issue. Tonya and Kassie are awesome as well! They really make you feel at home! :)

I’ve been moved in for about two weeks now and I am so in love with the environment! The workers here go above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy with our stay! The front office girl Cassie is the absolute sweetest and she helped me tremendously! I really appreciate yalls hard work and dedication thank you Hollytree apartments !

The staff and management at this apartment complex are always respectful and helpful, making me feel truly at home. Their support and kindness create a welcoming environment that I really appreciate. It's a great place to live!

We were unfortunately unable to do a walkthrough of our unit before moving in. Upon arrival we found the dishwasher to be broken with standing rancid and molded water, an atrocious air vent/filter that hadn't been cleaned or maintained since god knows when, sprinkler system caps just falling off in all parts of the apartment, toilets dirty, oven dirty with the oven racks shoved in upside down making it nearly impossible to remove them to even be cleaned and the list goes on. While the majority of the issues were fixed fairly quickly I am sad to say that I am now facing further issues they're not willing to fix. Such as having identical bathrooms in a 2bed 2bath rental and in 1 bathroom the door is swollen to the point it won't close over the bathroom mat. It's a cheap hollow core door that

Lived here 5 years ago before they changed their name and tried to leave behind the bad reputation. Still have ongoing issues with previous management about maintenance problems they never fixed and unpaid bills that they had promised to cover.
