Hollybush Garden Apartments

I applied here about 2 years ago and when I was called I was unable to take the unit they had available. I was informed that I would be placed back on the HUD waiting list and when something became available I would be called. I called to check the status of where I am on the waiting list on 07/03 (spoke with assistant manger Elaine) who made me aware that I was never placed back on the waitlist and that she would speak with the property manager LISA when she returned on 07/08 about getting me into a market rate apartment. I never heard back from either or them. I've ben calling for a week now and FINALLY was able to speak to the property manager LISA who basically didn't care at all about how my situation was handled nor tried to come up with a resolution to help me as much as she could b

This Place is very toxic and dangerous to live in and the office management is awful and very disrespectful to residents and talk bad about you!! I would never recommend anyone to this place ever!!! Take my word for it!!

1 to 3 bedroom apartments. One floor upstairs or downstairs. Some low income.

I have been living here since 2012-2016 Everything went fine until the mid 2015 they had started to change the rent prices on monthly base not annually base. Each month from 565 to 1100 to 746 to 990. I had enough and moved out. Great place to live, great location, easy access to basics Living expenses for living on such a small budget. Don’t live here they don’t answer your calls my fire alarms just go off told them about it and they don’t care my fridge had STOPPED WORKING!!!!! Called them about it ignored my call so now I have no light and my fridge won’t close bc I haven’t had a new sticky to close it in years . I can go on and on they don’t care about you ! And Lisa is so ignorant it’s hard to even tell her anything without her getting smart ! Oh and by the way I DID put a work order in when I had a INSPECTION!!
