Holly Springs Place Apartments

Beautiful apartments inside to include all wood like floors. Two large bedrooms and two full baths; master with full shower and second bath with tub and shower. Two large closets. Patios are very nice and include a locked huge/tall storage closet. Pool and Fire Pits open year round and few grills for barbecuing!!! Nice group of folks that live here. Pets welcome with Veterinarian records required. Very close to multiple shopping centers and restaurants, as well as physician and dental offices, and near others as well. Two urgent care centers within minutes!!!

I had a wonderful experience living here! The apartment itself was beautiful and spacious, and I really enjoyed the community amenities. I especially miss starting my days with a workout in the gym and being greeted with a friendly smile from the leasing manager each time I stopped by. Overall, it was a great place to call home, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-maintained community.

I recently stopped by Holly Springs Place to gather some information, and although I wasn’t able to tour due to time constraints, I left with such a great impression. Carlos and the team were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. The leasing office had such a positive and joyful atmosphere that immediately stood out. Even in a brief visit, it was clear that the staff genuinely care about making people feel comfortable and valued. Kudos to Holly Springs Place, you all are setting the expectations for the area.

I recently visited my friend who is a current resident at Holly Springs Place. Big shoutout to Mr. Carlos and Ms. Aydrian for making me feel welcome at the pool while spending time with my friend. Hospitality they showed me was absolutely at the top. Thanks to you both.

Horrible place to live. My mom and I lived here for roughly 2 years. Moved in when it was a brand new complex in October of 2021, but boy did it all go downhill from there. The staff is extremely rude, condescending and dismissive. My mom and I had multiple infrastructure issues during our stay. Including but not limited to: flooding in one of the bedrooms, water leak and damage to our ceiling (MULTIPLE TIMES), and foundation cracks and leaks. My mom wasn’t compensated for any of these major inconveniences. I would advise anyone and everyone to STEER CLEAR OF HOLLY SPRINGS PLACE. The landscaping is not kept up with. The smells that emit from the breezeways is horrible. (Your backyard is the county dump). I could go on but I don’t have the energy. Good riddance HSP.
