Holly Hills Apartments

Do not rent from HOLLY HILLS. Do not be trapped by the fallacy of cheap rent and flexible lease terms it is a scam there are charges that pop up monthly and fine print in the leases to scam the tenants. The apartments are old and the exterior stairs are in need of maintenance for safety. The management group is focused the charges and fees not interested in assisting the tenants. Do Not Rent Holly Hills. interested reply given the fact that I have waited for a call back for 4 weeks and ended up with another bill 2+ months after move out with more ridiculous charges… what is “valet” that does not exist DO NOT RENT here

I showed up, but I had no internet. I walked in first thing Saturday morning, and Maria, the most super super in the world, helped me identify snipped cables, schedule a contractor, got spectrum out there, and made me feel like everything was gonna be ok. Anyone who says Chapel Towers doesn’t have good office help doesn’t know what they’re talking about!!! 5/5, 10/10, couldn’t be better!

Peyton was super friendly and attentive while leasing us an apartment and was able to explain the price very clearly. She let me know about the possible student packages and lease terms. The apartment smells great! :)

I lived there for two years, overall I was very satisfied with Holly hills! I really like the environment there, it’s very beautiful and quiet, neighbors are friendly, leasing office and maintenance are responsive. Moreover the rental fees are very reasonable compared to the surrounding areas. If you want to live closer to the west campus but also pursuing good housing conditions, Holly hill should be your best choice!
