I want to express my sincere appreciation for Jessica and the incredible support she provided to my grandmother. As a project manager, Jessica showed professionalism, empathy, and remarkable attention to detail. She took the time to listen to our needs, coordinated everything smoothly, and made sure my grandmother was comfortable and cared for throughout the process. Her compassion and clear communication made a stressful situation feel manageable. I’m truly grateful for her dedication and kindness—Jessica is an exceptional professional who goes above and beyond for those she helps.

I love the Woman in the office named Jessica! She is always so helpful, I always receive an update within a timely manner. She makes renewing your lease the easy thing! I Appreciate all the hard work she provides to our community!

Mold in rooms, they won't clean carpet at least once a year, outside lights do not work which is not safe when you have to leave for work and it's dark. Especially with infant and child. Pest control use to come once a month, I haven't seen them come in or get a notice about them coming in months. None of these things were an issue when I first moved in except the mold. As time has passed, it seems like things are getting worse with the upkeep. The only reason for the third star is it's generally quiet and does not have a lot of traffic of people.

I have been a resident of this apartment for approximately three years. I’ve been dealing with a persistent roach problem that had not previously been an issue during my time here since June 2025! After speaking with the front desk, I was informed that there was an infestation in another apartment within the building. While pest control has treated my unit on multiple occasions, the issue continues. I am still finding and killing roaches regularly, and despite following all the recommended precautions, the problem remains unresolved. I’m unsure why the entire building has not been treated proactively, and the ongoing situation has become both frustrating and uncomfortable. They’re maintenance man steel and the office lets them the office people steel too it is what it is i came home and my baby’s gold chine was gone my shoes was gone all our clothes t.v’s off the wall 65 inches 1 and another 30 (my baby t.v) they stole his bike right before the holidays my mothers death certificates and my birth certificate Call themselves putting me out but steeling everything we own while I was over sea at my granny funeral in the process instead of returning or putting the items on the property line where we can access it like it legally supposed to be They turned my firearm in but what about all the stolen property that’s well over 1k right before Christmas I hate these people every last one starting with Lettie im sure she has my son T.V im her room now im sure there
