Hollings Post Oak Apartments

Wow... I moved in summer of 2021 and just renewed. Many, many changes. Julio is killing it with the recent, and more frequent social events. Great gym, sun deck, grilling stations (with sun and wind protection), tesla chargers, & excellent maintenance staff! Location, Location, Location. This is one of the best value luxury-class properties around with excellent client interactions and service response. There is a fantastic full-sun pool and viewing deck that captures sunsets over Post Oak. High-floor East units have a great view of the downtown sunrise. The apartments are roomy, with good layouts, and amenities (kitchen island, built-in desk, Bluetooth speakers). I had a short 3 month lease here while training. Julio was very patient and accommodating helping me on the phone a lot while I was out of state setting everything up, and again when giving me a tour of the apartment. The apartment overall is very nice with secure parking and well laid out floor plans. Highly recommended if you work in the Houston area.

Just moved into the Gables Post Oak and I’m so excited to start my time here. Julio Hernandez helped me from tour to making sure he kept the loading dock open for me. Truly, over and beyond with his customer service. He and Gily Navarro made my move in process seamless! Beautiful apartment, and amazing view. Can’t wait to take in all the amenities and ease of travel to everywhere in River oaks and uptown. Timely Maintenance as I put in a request and Gabriel was at my door on the same day and took care of my request in minutes.

We’ve been here for about 4 months now and could not be happier. Carlos from maintenance is prompt, careful, and thorough and Candice in the leasing office is one of the best leasing agents I have met in my life. The complex is kept clean and organized and thanks to the sound deadening in each unit, noise from neighbors is exceptionally rare. I’d highly recommend Gables Post Oak and if you do apply, make sure to use Candice!

On Friday, November 15, 2024, at around 2:00 AM, I was awakened by an emergency alarm caused by a broken pipe on the second floor of the complex. This incident resulted in significant water damage to both the second and first floors. Despite the severity of the situation, the response from the complex management has been extremely disappointing. When we approached the office for guidance, the staff simply advised us to contact our rental insurance. While I understand the role of insurance in such situations, it is unacceptable that management has taken no responsibility or action to address the issue for residents. We are paying over $1,800 in monthly rent, yet management has failed to inspect the damage, address our concerns, or provide any assistance. The carpets remain soaked, and whi
