Holland Park

I would like to share my experience as a current resident of Holland Park. My process was quite pleasant since I had assistance from Joseph throughout. I was searching for a nice place, and a friend who lives here recommended it as a good option. I requested information and they asked me what I was looking for in an apartment. They showed me several options and even gave me a tour of the entire condominium in a golf cart, which was great. I expected my process to be more difficult as I moved from Wisconsin, but I had no issues with applying and receiving the keys. I am genuinely grateful and content, which is why I took the time to write this review so that more people know that this is a great place to live, especially if you have a family like mine. We had an excellent moving experience from start to finish. Everything was well-coordinated, and the transition into our new place went smoothly. We especially want to recognize our leasing agent, Sarai, for her outstanding help. She was knowledgeable, patient, and always quick to respond. Sarai made sure we understood every step of the process and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and supported. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly made a difference. We’re very grateful for all her help and highly recommend working with her and the team.

Joseph Flownory has been absolutely amazing throughout our entire apartment transfer process. He was incredibly sweet, patient, and easy to communicate with. Every question I had regarding switching units was answered quickly and clearly, and he made sure we understood each step of the transition. ​His communication was top-tier — always informative, always helpful, and always kind. Transferring units can sometimes be just as stressful as a brand-new move, but Joseph made everything feel smooth and organized. We really appreciate all the time and effort he put into coordinating everything for us. Holland Park is lucky to have him!

I had a quick and smooth move in process and the apartment is great! The community here is amazing and very welcoming. Sarai at the leasing office was extremely nice and accommodating for me, even during a busy time, which I appreciated.
