My experience with Holland Homes aligns closely with many other negative reviews of the company. Their website claims, “We stand behind our work,” but this promise appears to end once the one year warranty expires. While I recognize that they likely have no legal obligation to address construction defects after the warranty period, it is unacceptable for a new home to require significant repairs just 2–3 years after purchase. Holland Homes Team is incredible. From the start the property sales manager Holly was so detailed and providing the information for the purchase of our home. Any question that we had she got back to us immediately. She was friendly, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. Even now six months after our purchase, we can still count on her for questions about the unit as well as the area. For example, recently we needed to winterize our home and her staff was there to help us! We have never had such a seamless purchase of a home. We appreciate Holland, Home, and their entire team.
