I asked management to stop entering my apartment without proper notice. I had caught her twice coming in without notice or even contacting me. the first time I only found out because I had gone across the street and left my keys inside. she accidentally locked me out. Second time was during a therapy session I was having at home. blew my therapists mind. In reply, I received a message stating “not how it works” and that she would “enter every day until you move out.” I consider this threatening and inconsistent with Utah landlord–tenant law. I have formally notified management in writing that I will not vacate without a court order and that unauthorized entry is not allowed. As for the apartments themselves: the units are spacious but old, and a lot of maintenance is needed. Even if thi

In 2022 my father died from Alzheimer's disease My mom passed away 2 years before him. I had to put my little shih Tzu dog down because of these people. Nothing has been done about it so I'm going to keep coming on this site and giving it a zero review over and over and over again until someone acknowledges it. I was kicked out of my house the day after my father died and the manager refused to negotiate or work with me I was homeless so I never got the paperwork now they're garnishing my wages and I might have to be homeless again I've already lost two dogs because of these people I'm not going to lose anymore. Come back to the site and you will see a new review every single day and if they try to block me I will find a way around it.

I rented a nice, clean and updated one bedroom apartment for 3 years. Monica was always easy to work with and did her best to resolve any issues. Move in was easy and my deposit was returned in a timely manor. I had issues with my water heater and it was replaced for me after being left without hot water several times. The grounds are maintained and snow removal is done well. The main reason I am not giving a higher rating is I lived below another apartment and it was very loud! The floors are so thin you can hear everything the person above you is doing. I was lucky to have neighbors that were on the same schedule as me most of the time. If that was not the case it would have been more than I could tolerate. Make sure you rent a top floor apartment. The area is decant and most of the neig

Management told me I had a unit with in-unit washer/dryer- I did not. Came to an apartment with holes in the walls, broken blinds, no AC, floors that made your feet black, lights that didn't work, dishwasher with dirty water at the bottom and no in unit washer/dryer. I thought it would be okay I would get maintenance to come no big deal except they don't come at all. They have only ever come to my place once to fix the blinds. THEY WILL NOT FIX YOUR AC. Just warning, they do not care that your apartment is 85+ degrees, they will tell you to use a space cooler that blows warm air out. I barely have any hot water at my apartment and they won't fix that either. My Neighbors are kind and there is plenty of parking but it is not the best area. During my lease, I was waken up at midnight to some

I lived here for a year and a half, and I would recommend taking your chances elsewhere. I was willing to move to any other place that looked like it had at least some standards to get out of here. There were pest problems, maintenance/management issues, tons of smoking issues, and it just generally is not worth the price you pay. I'll share a paragraph about all of our experiences here. Just stop reading when you've decided to not move here, unless you're the type of person that doesn't care about getting a deposit back and wants to have pets and smoke. Our application experience went as follows: we applied on the website, and then called the place to find out that the apartment we had applied for was going to go to someone who had applied after us due to the glitch website.
