The best way to describe Diana is that embodies the very definition of “above and beyond”. While being extremely knowledgeable about the market and pricing, she was responsive and I felt taken care of. One small example of her going above and beyond: We did a fast close and left our cable TV equipment behind. When I asked if she could call the buyer’s agent so I could arrange for pick up, she offered to pick it up and take it back to Comcast!!! Are you kidding me? Like I said, above and beyond. (She saved me $500 for non returned equipment). I recommend her highly!
