By far above and beyond my expectations. The house is solid and beautiful, but just as important, it's the ppl who made my move to Florida so wonderful. Brian and Cheryl have been there for us since the moment we walked into our Captiva design home to view it. I have been able to reach out to them, for numerous things, and they answer right away. Always pleasant, and always meet my needs. I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Our sales representative, JJ, was an incredible help throughout the entire home-buying process. She made sure everything stayed on track and always kept us informed along the way. JJ went above and beyond to make the move-in process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate her professionalism, kindness, and dedication. Overall, we had a great experience working with her and Holiday Builders.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! I had a home built in 2018 in Port St Lucie and refereed 2 others to have homes built. However all of us and a few neighbors have had very similar issues. Leaks from the walls and foundations. They claim it’s gutters and erosion however 2 of 4 homes have gutters so that the theory is out. I’ve called numerous times to at least have someone from holiday come look or take my photos but they refuse. So I hope they can see their cheap work here. I am under warranty for structural damage however they are doing their best to ignore it. Now we just discovered we have mold growing in my 2 year olds nursery and she has had respiratory problems for over a year and we’ve just begun the journey cleaning up their mess. I had the Kings Bay built and love the house, but I have had interior doors sitting in my spare room for months waiting for someone to install them, The only reason they are in the house is because the originals warped with the heat, so to save them and not cost the company any more money I put them in the house. I had the floor people come and fix some planks that were damaged and they made them worse, shutters are falling off my house. Just to get anyone out here to fix them is a project. I understand COVID-19 hit, but people are starting to go back into work and still no one is reaching out to me. I am frustrated. Stay away. Horrible horrible customer service. We were told we were able to buy a home and have a vent system placed in BEFORE we moved in above the stove. Since for some reason not all the new homes automatically have that installed. We found the home we wanted, got pre approved through Holiday Builders people and then went on a back and forth battle of “well we will give you a 2k incentive and you can have it placed in”. Why would we want to move into a new home and then have construction happen? We were promised it could be done if we signed for it. Went through the whole pre-approval process for nothing. Great salesman pitch you got. You lost a sale of a brand new home and lost potential customers for good. Do not ever deal with these people.
