Holgate 12 Apartments

My husband and I lived here for almost 4 years and had a wonderful experience. Amenities are great and the rooftop view is amazing. Being able to barbecue and hangout with friends on the roof was awesome! We loved the neighborhood and had no issues with break-ins or crime. The apartment manager Chris is such an awesome guy. He is friendly, communicative, and always on top of things. 10/10 highly recommended this place! 😊

Holgate 12 Apartments was hands down my favorite apartment building I have ever lived in. I lived there for just under two years, but wish I could have stayed longer. The community and neighbors are extremely friendly and I never had any issues of excessive noise or annoyances. It is a beautiful apartment building in a lovely neighborhood. Chris, the property manager, was always so kind and he was extremely helpful to my roommate and myself. We had an abnormal and downright stressful move out situation, at no fault to the property management. Chris did everything he could to help us out and ensured we had everything we needed to make the move out process as smooth as possible. He went above and beyond for us and I am so grateful for him. It’s a wonderful place to live!

Lived here for a little over a year, never an issue with management or the property. Small things fixed pretty quickly. Manager was very reasonable person. Cons: don’t leave packages too long or they will be stolen, don’t leave anything in your car. Pros: quiet area, neighbors are cool.

Great place to live in North beacon hill, I moved here as I started working out of college and had a great experience getting in and out of these apartments. Close enough to cap hill maybe a $10 Uber at most for going out and far enough away to not get the loud noise. Also easy to get to the light rail and stadiums for events. Anybody looking to move here will have an easy experience with management and any maintenance of needed. Also having google webpass was amazing for gamers and working from home like I did!

The location and amenities are great, but security of this place is a joke. I have had THREE double-locked bikes stolen out of the "secured" bike cage within the "secured" parking garage, my car broken into within the same garage, and packages stolen from the mail room. The building managers are really nice, but it seems the building owners are just too reluctant to spend the necessary money to ramp up security. This building is an easy target for thieves, so if you value your belongings and sense of well-being at home, I would advise against living here.
