Great home buying experience and a beautifully constructed home is what we expected from Toll and is exactly what we got! In love with our new home and the famous “Wall of Windows”!!

The construction quality is excellent. There is no question about that. My review is not about construction. This is about the lot they give. It is around .2 to .3 of an acre. They are charging 30- 45 k for the lot. That is very premium. They are not preserving any trees. Their goal is to fit as many homes as much in the limited area. Georgia is know for woods. If I would pay 900k I am paying for the nature + house. They are removing all trees to fit many houses. Some first time buyers are not aware of this. Every house will generate carbon gases, if there are trees around your background they will give more oxygen. I saw communities in Texas they are filled with houses as there is no green life over there. But here there is green cover which every builder should preserve. Builder should n

I do inspections in this neighborhood. Toll Brothers is a great company to buy a home from. Their builders are experienced and definitely make sure their job is done correctly. They are Effective communicators and great at getting their jobs done.

No doubt on the construction quality however too much expensive for the square footage area. And also floor plans could have been designed little better. Rooms are very small. No proper utilization of space. No half bath option at main level. Basic things are not provided in bathrooms. Landscaping is not done properly. Overall disappointing.

Well designed good looking homes with better quality compared to other big builders. However like other builders toll brothers too are trying to fit as many homes as possible in the space with very little space between the homes.
