Community - TrailRun Townhomes, Auburn, WA As of June 2025, TrailRun Townhomes entered into a contract with HOA Community Solutions to manage our community. Samantha M. from HOA CS has been assigned to represent us and assist in managing our community according to the standards we have established. Recently, Washington State experienced a historic flood emergency that significantly impacted our area. This event garnered attention both locally and nationally. On Sunday, December 14th, our community received an emergency evacuation order in the early hours of the morning.
