I am blown away by the level of service we have experienced from Kyle Adcock and Sean Phalen. Excellent response to any issues that we have had which in reality are very minor. HND builds a nice house for what it is.

HND is the best company for your property management needs. They have always been quick to respond to any problems we’ve had and solved the issue in a timely manner. Dana has a lot of passion for our property and follows up to ensure that our needs have been met. The HND team is reliable and a great company to have managing our community.

Where to start. This is my 2nd house built by them with this one being brand new. Should have learned from the 1st but options were slim. House is cheaply built, nothing is straight or square, crooked windows, dryer vent was not installed so dumping heat and moisture in the wall. HVAC wiring was shorting out, wood flooring is terrible quality with some areas missing glue, floors are not level, some doors don't close, could see into bathroom with door closed, kitchen island not level, walls not even so can see seams and drywall tape, I can go on. Lack of attention to detail, not sure how it passed inspection if one was even done. I won't and do not suggest anyone purchase a home built by HnD.

If you want a cheaply designed home, unorganized management and enjoy getting screwed over consistently, then HND is for you! Bought a home from HND back last year in April. And thus far it took 3 1/2 years for them to build our community center but in order for them to do so they had to buy out the remaining units in the neighborhood because no one would buy from them even though they were brand new and decent priced, causing home values to decrease and high competition for homeowners to consider to rent out since 65 units hit the market. My AC is 1 1/2 year old and already broke, HVAC also blames it on the way their piping leads out of the house in the back area which i also find weird and cheaply done. My daughter rented one of HND apartments on Murfreesboro Rd. Brand new apartments after being there for a month or so the pipes busted in wall and flooded apartment. HND Management from the get go said it was the contractors problem in which I dealt with the contractor the entire process. The young men in the office are no help and not very friendly. The entire process was a joke as is this apartment complex. After the water now we are dealing with ROACHES!! Yes I said ROACHES in a brand new apartment. Well if you knew anything about the area you would know that was a field for over 30 years but they say they can’t spray the grounds for some weak excuse. So in taking the time to type this I would recommend never leasing or buying from HND Management. They only want the big rent money and
