First off I want to start by saying that moving is SO STRESSFUL and scary coming from a different state to Idaho and Natalie made EVERY STEP easy and smooth. Her attention to our Family and our needs was AMAZING!! She is very kind and sweet and listens to everything that we wanted and accommodated everything even when we showed up earlier than expected lol 😆 she had fast response time and I ALWAYS felt like I was number 1 to her! I would recommend this company highly because they have amazing people working for them! Renting through this company has been a great experience. They’re kind, easy to work with, and let me handle small fixes, which they always reimburse quickly. Communication is solid—they’re pretty quick to respond and take care of things when needed. Overall, they’ve made renting hassle-free, and I’d definitely recommend them.

Teresa & Alexis were truly exceptional. I was impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with them since I was set on buying and I’m so thankful I did. They were ALWAYS available for home tours. Their responsiveness was incredible.
