Andraya and Doug just helped me sell my house in 3 days!! A year ago I tried to sell my home. At the time, I had very little interest. There were two main negative themes from potential buyers. The first was that the kitchen seemed dark. The second concerned a large room I had added on as part of a remodel. I had advice at the time time to essentially clear the room so buyers could imagine what they would do with the area. The buyer feedback was uncertainty about how to use the room and how it would "flow" with the rest of the home. The home remained on the market for 5 months without any buyers so I removed the home from the market. When I listed the house again, my agent referred me to Hitchner Home Design. She and Doug did a lot of work for us from designing and building, redoing cabinets, tiling, painting, etc. Highly recommend them. Easy to work with and reliable.

Doug did an excellent job on several projects. He is meticulous and he makes sure it is done correctly. On top of being an excellent handyman, he is an extremely nice person.

I'd give 10 stars if I could! Andraya was efficient, thoughtful, and listened to what we needed. The staging was perfect for the home - While the other listed properties are still sitting, our listing sold on the first weekend.
