To be honest, for the amount of time I lived here, it was the worst experience I have ever come across. Living conditions in the beginning were good up until the transfer of the new landlord. Seemed like he never cared for the tenants, keeping the building up to code, etc. All I've seen was him just painting the place to make it look nice. There were mold issues due to appliances leaking that was never fixed after how many times I've asked for it to be. Some appliances didn't even work properly. The wiring in the building is old and needs replacing, but said he's not going to replace them. Damages were done to the apartment since Day 1 of living there that were never corrected even though he said "he'd get right on it".
