Locally we started looking at it like Disney version of old NYC. As it fills up its getting worth a visit. Some very good casual dining. Some interesting shops. And ever more residences. It's cool to see "old NYC". It's an area worth a look if you're in the area of battery and financial district.
These apartments and the neighborhood are some of the best kept secrets in NYC. I do not feel like I live the "stressful NYC" lifestyle because of the Seaport's friendly vibe - there are so many small dogs, families, active people enjoying their lives here. It is also abnormally clean for NYC, quiet and safe at night with very little if any honking. We absolutely love it and would recommend moving here!!!
Wisdom and candles shop is awsome ppl are friendly and they have such good energy.
Love living in this neighborhood! Great service and well kept property!
