Great service in every aspect from trudging through an accident claim to moving and address changes with renters insurance, as well as my life insurance policy! I think Lezlie does an excellent job of keeping me informed and up to date. The only glitch is with Farmers Insurance itself in that the company will not allow me to transition to a paid up life insurance or traditional life from the type I have now. Lezlie looked into and explained it was not possible. Farmers Insurance itself is the reason for my less than perfect score.

Lezlie has been helpful and supportive with all of our needs and changes in plans for great coverage. We are very thankful to have her in our town and not just available via phone.
