She was also great with our young kids so that we could focus on viewing the house while she offered to comfort/distract them. She has continued to be an invaluable resource after closing. Hinge Real Estate was an amazing company to work with to get our house! Especially Jess Walker. We looked at a house back in September and we contacted Jess to look at the house. She replied within the hour and looked at the house the next day. She did an amazing job getting with the sellers and getting the paperwork started. She referred quite a few contractors to get the inspection done, the roof looked at and getting the plumbing fixed. We were in the house just over a month after. Jess also helped to sell our condo. We did things backwards and sold the condo after buying the house. After we got everything out of the condo, she came over to help clean the condo. She spent a lot of her time getting things prepared. We didn’t ask her to do a lot of these little things. She just did them!
