I’m getting ready to move in and I already feel confident that I made the right choice. From the very beginning, Alicia has been absolutely amazing. She’s been helpful, responsive, and supportive every step of the way, which made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. I originally wanted to rent a home in this area, but unfortunately that didn’t work out. When I came across this apartment community just two minutes away, it immediately caught my eye. After taking the tour, I just knew this would be a great fit for me and my daughter. It truly feels like our home. One of the biggest things that stood out to me was the on-site maintenance team. I’ve been at Hines Park Pl. for the last two years. It’s been some bumps and bruises at the beginning but I tell you this new Lease Agent, Aleisha is the best. She’s doing things that I’ve asked to be done over a year ago. The new owner is doing a wonderful job. Everything that we mostly ask for that have been here sometime has definitely been getting it. A lot of people have been complaining, but I’m telling you it’s coming together starting to be one of the best apartment complexes in Plymouth, Michigan We also have a wonderful new maintenance man Antoine. He’s the best. I just love my place. Keep up the good work Hines Park and team.

I’ve lived at Hines Park Apartments since summer of 2022 And everything was great for a long time. No real issues and no big maintenance calls. I even loved it so much here that my husband and I transferred our lease to a two bed when we could’ve easily just moved apartments for a bigger space. Since transferring everything has been pretty OK up until recently, literally within the past two weeks our fridge has gone out and now our entire buildings plumbing is all of a sudden clogged so terribly that the unit underneath me is flooding. I understand that maintenance issues happen and that things may take a day, and I also understand that this property has been through three or four different property, managers, and management companies since I’ve lived here (which I’m choosing to turn a b

My experience at Hines Park has been wonderful. The staff have been very accommodating and helpful. Ali from the maintenance staff has been incredible and extremely helpful. He goes above and beyond to make the apartments a great place to live. Thank you Hines Park and Ali!

I wrote a 5 star review before even moving in. That was obviously premature and I have deleted it. The first lease coordinator was really great but there have been quite a few after her. There have been at least 3 management companies since moving in March of 2024. We renewed our lease because we weren’t ready to move and we really do love the area. We won’t be signing thrice. A few weeks after we renewed, the rent increased. The water is never consistent - like super cold and then scalding hot. They don’t turn the heat back on until they decide but they offer space heaters - that the tenant will have to pay extra for on their DTE bill. I’m guessing they don’t live here. The biggest problem we have is with management. Alicia (a-lee-c-a - not sure how she spells it) is the property manager.
