The company had an open house listed for Sunday , we drone almost two hours to see the house . When we got there it was locked and no one was there to show the house , called the agent and was told that it was canceled but they failed to update the listing to show that . Very irresponsible for a professional to be so lack luster . Then she offered to show it a different day . At that point why would I want to deal with someone that has already shown very little interest in making sure thing are correct

I have used Robyn with HillWood to sell and buy a home both. She really listened to my needs, wants and concerns. She made sure I understood the whole process and was a step ahead the whole way through. She looked out for my best interest and kept my nerves at peace. She was prompt and easy to reach. Dealt with Valerie Kellar and it was a HORRIBLE experience. I was cussed out and demeaned by this woman. For as long as this woman works for this company, I will not be giving this company business and will not be recommending this company to anyone either. This experience has completely shattered my trust in the company’s commitment to respectful and professional service
