I’m so glad we went with Hillview Home Inspections! Kevin came to our house the next day and had our inspection report back to us within 24 hours. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, walked us through everything, and answered every question we had. He was also helpful in recommendations for sellers credits! Hillview also provided an optional low cost repair estimate service that was back to us within 24 hours. It was worth the extra to get a quick quote for all the possible repairs! Overall, we were super impressed with how nice and knowledgeable Kevin and Jody were and how smooth the whole process went! Highly recommend if you need a timely, quality inspection!!
