Hilltop Parkview Manor Apartments

Do not move here if you do not like roaches and mold, the staff here is very rude. The old staff both Kathy’s We’re the best. This new staff is horrible and unprofessional. It’s very unclean up here. I moved three months ago the best decision I ever made in my life.

I have lived here for 3 years . This is the most peaceful apt complex I have ever lived it , not what it used to be which is a good thing . The staff are very very nice and take care of problems. I have recommended these apts for several of my friends that's how much I like the apts and the neighbors. I highly recommend 😊

They fully discriminated me and my roommate. They told us we got accepted far as the background and ext. goes and we started the application process including a home visit and got told that we will hear back from them in a couple days. A couples days went past and not one call so then we decided to call and got told our stuff is being “processed” call back in a couple days. So then we called back at the beginning of the weekend and got told we’ve been denied for over a week. Remind you we did not receive no phone calls stating where our application process was going or if we’ve been accepted or denied. This place is just a waste of time and gives u false hopes. I do not recommend to apply here they are not worth it.

I lived here for 3 years and I must say it was the worst 3 years of my life. I never felt comfortable in my own home. Harassment everyday just to get to my house , harassment from the security guards. I wouldn't recommend A DOG to love in this penitentiary. The management is terrible as well. Nothing ever gets fixed when you need it fixed. I am so glad I got out of that complex

I shifted here with my mom and dad, I said I don’t want to come here before my mom, but she told me everything will be fine, you will like it in the future for sure. Now I can say that, yes, mom was right. I am in love with this apartment totally. Every part of the apartment is astounding.
