I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Hilltop Management while searching for an apartment for a friend. Despite knowing that they had availability in a building where my other friend lives, I repeatedly tried to contact them with no success. They never answered our calls or returned any messages, which left us feeling ignored and unimportant. Their lack of responsiveness made the apartment search much more difficult and time-consuming than it needed to be. We were excited about the potential of living in their building, but their disinterest in new tenants was evident. Communication is essential in the real estate industry, and it's disheartening when a company fails to meet this basic requirement. I started living in an apt of theirs in Elizabeth, NJ and was one of the very first people in that building. Every-time you needed something fixed no one would ever do so. They just send someone to look at it and then they never come back. Now that I finally moved from this place, it has been a pain to get in contact with someone to get my deposit back. Mind you I left this apartment spotless compared to how it was given to me with construction debris and wood shavings every where. I want my deposit back!

Hilltop management manages a building I moved into on the first of the month in Elizabeth Nj. Mark is of no help in fixing or finding a solution to the problem I am having with my circuit breaker that keeps tripping in my apartment. I have asked him multiple times if he can send a professional/license electrician to my apartment to get the problem fixed, but he keeps sending the building super Andy who has no idea what he is doing. Hilltop management has been absolutely no help, and Mark has yet to send someone to fix the problem.

Great management company manages all issues on time and with great quality.
