Hilltop Crescent Apartments

I moved in on the first and I love my apartment. It has an upstairs downstairs and also I have a really good view from my front door of the rest of the city I can’t wait till it’s dark and I see all the beautiful lights

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Amber is the worse. She does not do nothing at all but lie. They do a lot of patching up. They do a lot of covering up they do not fix anything. It takes a long time for them to even reply back to your message it is not worth what they charge. Is holes in the floor underneath the carpet the doors are not sturdy. You can live somewhere way better for a lesser amount

Amber was amazing through my whole process. She showed me 3 different locations and was very patient with me while making my final decision. If my living experience is anything like this process I will be happy

This is the worst place ever do not live here. Do not even tour the place I lived there for almost a year. They never come and fix anything. The elevator is always broken. And they have people that are disabled and have wheelchairs and scooters they cannot walk so when the fire alarm goes off constantly, they are trapped in the building. They sell drugs. My car got broken into twice. No one cared when things happen in the building. All of a sudden the cameras don’t work, but someone put trash in the hallway and she automatically knew who did it and charged $150 fee. The exterminator is always there because it is infested with roaches and bedbugs and just recently the whole building was a crime scene. People have died in the apartments, and someone was even dismantled in their apartment. Al

This is by far thee most unprofessional establishment and I'm beyond grateful I did not rent with this place Amber is a terrible property manager she's rude and a big liar stay away the pictures online do not match the apartments at all in the beginning she came off as professional but clearly knows nothing about being a decent person let alone a property manager
