Hilltop Commons Apartments

I enjoyed the energy portrayed by Mrs Murphy the other day when she gave me a tour of the Hill Top Commons. She was patient, funny and very down to earth. I will talk to my other half and get back to you guys on the one bedroom.

I would like to start by saying that my experience filling out my application and moving in was great. I had the pleasure of working with Jenell and Brittney over at Bay Cliff, who helped me find a unit at Hilltop Commons in a swift and easy manner. They continued to follow up with me and made the process smooth for both myself and my family. Unfortunately, since moving in, I have not experienced the same level of professionalism or respect from the representatives at Hilltop Commons. Every interaction I have had in the office with Andrea or Miranda has been unpleasant, rude, and unprofessional.

The property is nice, but maintenance needs significant improvement in both repair quality and timeliness. I moved in seven months ago and still have unresolved issues from day one, including broken cabinet boards with rusted nails and a loose laundry/storage cabinet panel that leaves a gap open to pests. Despite reporting these issues to both maintenance and management multiple times, nothing has been resolved. Additionally, the front desk receptionist, Andrea, has consistently been dismissive and unprofessional in my interactions with her, both in person and over the phone. Her negative and belittling tone creates an unwelcoming environment and discourages me from going to the office at all. It is very disheartening to feel I cannot expect basic courtesy and respect.

Administrative office will respond to you ASAP. PROBLEM is dog poop everywhere and mold and mildew. Apartment are nice and spacious. Excellent location. Easy access to freeway, shopping centers, school , medical offices and hospitals and PD, sheriff, fire department, Amazon, UPS, gas station, multiple restaurants and churches.

I couldn’t be happier with my move-in experience! From start to finish, Andrea made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear and prompt, every question I had was answered, and all the paperwork and logistics were handled efficiently. The property was spotless and ready for me on move-in day, with thoughtful attention to detail. It’s rare to find a landlord who genuinely cares about making tenants feel welcome, but that’s exactly what I experienced. Highly recommend!
