Hilltop Apartments

These apartments are not recommended. It was a bad decision to give away my money. I lived here for more than 6 years and when I left they charged me more than a thousand. The manager is very demanding and very rude.

I've lived here since before Axiom took over and renovated the apartments. If not for a great opportunity, I would not be leaving. I have absolutely no complaints with the onsite property Management team. Anytime I sent in a work request it was promptly met and fixed right. My neighborhood was quite and a great bonus was I had a great view of storms! I'd definitely live here again. Thank you Lisa and Juan!

If I could give it zero stars I would. They moved me into an apartment that was supposedly ready but was covered in mold and mildew. The manager tried to tell us that they have a sensor to monitor mold and that there was none until I sent her pictures of it. There was water damage on practically every visible surface (walls, windows, etc.), the maintenance people sprayed paint over cobwebs that were still hanging from the ceiling. The bathroom was completely unusable as all hookups in the shower were falling out of the wall. You pay for bug extermination per month but there was hornet nests in the majority of the windows. Pay a little extra and live somewhere else.

I moved to Hilltop apartments and this was my first experience living by my self. I lived here for 2 years and from the move in process to the move out process everything was great. Gloria the office Manager was very clear with my move out procedures and what was expected of me. This really helped me understand how I needed to leave the apartment. The apartment was cute that I lived and the prices were affordable. I moved because my job transferred me to another area or I would still be living there. Overall great experience.

I want to congratulate Hilltop apartments for being so terrible that it has caused me to write my first online review in my life. I dont think I have room to say everything I want to say so I’ll make it short. If I could leave less than a star I would. Hilltop puts the worst, cheapest, and most awful amenities in these apartments. Then they can charge you a ridiculous amount upon move out to repair “damages” to these terrible amenities that won’t last 5 years as it is. If you try to fight these costs GOOD LUCK! They will avoid every phone call and discussion hoping that you will just pay it and go away. A 1st grader could run the office better than the lady doing it right now. It took me 2 weeks of calling and emailing to resolve these issues. Hilltop should be ashamed of themselves for ru
