At the beginning it was ok but then started having issues that are repeated. This one is one of the issue I have most of the time . From 6 to 7 days now my bathroom ceiling has been looking like this and water is dripping , it just getting worse day by day. I have called them few times and yet they are not doing anything about it. I was bathing my 3 year old daughter last time when a part of this felt thank god it didn’t fell on us. I’m so frustrated and I don’t even feel safe here anymore. These issues keep happening all the time yet they don’t want to fix it. A lot of things happen here that I can even tell all. I pay for rent every month but things are not comfortable here.

I went in when they had a discount I guess, first year from me staying there, they were all nice, after that, the office people was so rude, so unprofessional and they had it with my kids, I get the fact the my kids was not on the contract but they were all adults and when your kids have an emergency situation like a death of their spouse or losing everything they only thing you think as a parent is the safe of your kids. So I took them under my roof. Them knowing the reasons why my kids was living w me at that moment, any little thing that happened in the building the ladies at the office was so quick to say it was my kids, or someone complained about the smell of weed and they say it was my husband. I always see negative reviews when it comes to almost anything on google so I thought I take the time to write a positive review about my apartment. My husband and I moved in our apartment about 5 months ago with our two young children. There has been some ups and downs but for the most part our experience has been pleasant. I think Hillside is a great starter apartment. They aren't the most luxurious apartments but I have seen much worse. Rent from some where else. Management don't care. Once you move in, you on your own. If you park your car in the parking lot its a chance it will not be therein the morning!! Your visitors cars? Park at your own risk. This is a bad place to live. Ooooh also there are shootings across the street, just about every night. Please working class people!! You can do better.
