Hillside at Castle Rock by BLVD Builders

Below is our initial review. We were happy upon moving in. Now, almost 5 mos later landscape has finally begun. When initially looking at the homes we were told that the house in front of our home would have a fenced in back yard but we would have an easement along the side of our garage. NOW we came home to a fence all the way to our garage wall with NO walkway. BUT we can walk through that back yard to do what we need for any maintenance. ESSENTIALLY the neighbors back yard is completely to our property. We are EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with our home and feel we have been deceived by BLVD!!!! It’s new and we bought before we were able to see a model. The sales person, Jill, was so helpful in helping us imagine the “build-out” of our paired villa. She is so knowledgeable about the sales process
