Hillside Apartments

After dealing with an insane experience with our previous apartment, this apartment is such a blessing for me and my fiance. It is so safe and well built. It has a gorgeous view of the pond outside. Mary and Louise (I hope i spelled this correctly) both stayed late to help us apply and get moved in. They were so helpful and welcoming! The complex feels like home instead of a corporate building. I love this place already and we are so blessed to have found this place. When we entered our apartment they also put a handwritten card on our counter top to welcome us and the place was freshly cleaned. It was a beautiful experience through and through and we are so thankful.

Small community of renovated apartments in walking distance to the downtown. The staff here are so responsive and the maintenance crew was out clearing snow at 5:30 in the morning to ensure safety of residents. My work orders were always promptly addressed. There is a train track that runs right behind the complex but I never found the noise to be disruptive. While I was a resident, the property transitioned to be completely nonsmoking which was a huge plus!

I love Hillside! The office staff (Mary & Lois) are THE best, the treat you like you have been friends forever! Cory is always super quick and friendly with the maintenance. He is there next day after my service request. They maintain the property very nicely, and the location is perfect. I never thought I’d be so happy living in an apartment!

I came home the other night to find it was cold in my apartment. I made a quick maintenance request on the app also made a phone call. Almost immediately I received a text alerting me that they would be over shortly. Cory came over and switched up the batteries in my he thermostat and fixed!! 😁

Tour was great with Lois. She answered all questions and made sure we felt comfortable were hoping to call this our forever home
