I’ve been renting with Hillsdale Rental Management for years, and it’s been a great experience! Mark and Miranda are excellent property managers, kind, prompt, and quickly responsive to any needs. When my refrigerator died, they got me a new one and delivered it the next day! I’ve never had such prompt appliance replacement in any rental experience that I’ve had. Any service you need on your unit they will see to quickly and efficiently. They’re easy to contact and always quick to help. When you go into their office they’re always busy with projects for tenants. It’s good to see that they’re so dedicated to their work and they’re so friendly and personable about it. Just had an awesome experience with Mark from Hillsdale Rental Management! I put in a request a couple of days ago for a maintenance issue I was experiencing and he was very quick to come out and help me. Very personable and helpful! My issue was fixed in a timely fashion and I was very pleased with the effort he put in to make sure my house will be warm for the winter. Thanks Mark and I most definitely recommend this company as someone who moved from Tennessee to Michigan recently, this company has been very helpful and polite.
