Hillsborough Park Apartments

Just an excited updated review! We’ve lived here for a long time! We were saddened when the leasing office closed, so we are so excited that it has reopened! I’ve already noticed a positive change in the upkeep of the property, and it’s really nice to see familiar faces again. It just feels like a warmer and safer community with them here. Since we’ve lived here, Candace has always been incredibly helpful and stays on top of any concerns and emails. She is always happy to help and answer questions. The maintenance staff is also great! We really appreciate their quick and efficient service!

This is a serious problem because there is nowhere to park when guests visit. This is because some guest parking is not managed. Cars in this picture I took have been monopolizing the place for two months. It doesn't seem to be moving at all. It's a lot of dust like a car I found in a junkyard. At this point, the maintenance office has to deal with it, but it doesn't even try anything. This is not good on the outside. If you think there's something in the gate that looks like a homeless car, it should be easy to understand. More active maintenance is needed. Please I hope the problem is resolved so I can live in a little better environment.

The maintenance guy doesn't have any respects to the residents. Even though you request to take his shoes off when entering your room, they will never do that.

Great place to live . Jose Castro is the best maintenance person at this property. The staff is great too. Jose Castro is very professional & hard working person at this property. Always so polite and greet me with a warm hello. I really appreciate all his hard work. Hillsborough & Essex is lucky to have him. Sending him so much deserved appreciation. Thank you Jose for all you do!!

A great community to live with your family. The staff is amazing at this place . Candace , Yvette and Sarah are all very professional and very kind . . We have been living here for 6 years & we call it home. Jose Castro is the best maintenance supervisor.He is the best any community can have . Love you guys & thank you to you all for all that you do!
